How do I apply for the Business Scholarship?

Print out the form from the website, fill in the form, and mail it to:

Where can I find class schedules and fees?

On the website.  The fees are listed along with the class locations. 
Dates and times will be mailed upon request

Why doesn’t  the site state the exact dates and times?

Our size and the fact we are privately owned allows us the flexibility to modify class sites, 
times and dates to accommodate our students.
This includes adding classes to fill a need in a specific market place.

 Who is the on the Business Scholarship Committee?

The committee is made up of three people – a director from the Institute, 
one real estate professional and one business professional from the community.

What is the process for awarding the scholarship?

The committee reviews the applications monthly and selects deserving applicants based 
on their level of interest in a full time career in real estate, broker recommendation, and financial need.

When is the scholarship paid?

Business Scholarships are specific to deferring the costs of the education and testing for a 
real estate license and related expenses.
The award is paid directly to the applicant or may be applied to an educational loan 
offered by the Ohio Institute of Real Estate Studies.
